House was built in 1925 and has been recently renovated. It features a roomy front porch, back balcony, gas grill, fenced in backyard, hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace, stocked kitchen with gas range, DW, W/D, A/C, high speed (free)Wi-Fi, and smart tv. Two large bedrooms with big closets and high-end, American made, comfy, queen mattresses ensure you will sleep like a baby. There is also a dedicated office space for folks working remotely. Popular eateries, watering holes, and grocery stores are within walking distance. Take a walk in the old neighborhood or on the Reed Creek Greenway. Montford Park is just a block away where you can play tennis, hoops, or practice your Tai Chi. Downtown Asheville, UNCA, and the Botanical Gardens are a short walk.
