Welcome to this sunny condo located just a few miles to Wrightsville Beach! This is a perfect home away from home featuring 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, and stocked kitchen. Spend days shopping at Mayfair, laying on the beach, or enjoying all the activities around town, like concerts, historical site, breweries, and more! Your Wilmington vacation awaits!

On the main floor you'll find the cozy living room with gas log fireplace, a dining area with plenty of room for meals, and a fully stocked kitchen. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a full bed and there's a second bathroom in the hallway. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio off the living room. When the weather is nice, you'll also be able to use the community pool!

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, 2 designated parking spaces, and the community pool. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

Summary: Great location. This was a last minute booking for us and we only used it for sleeping and showers. Beds are extremely soft and hot. It is also quite hot upstairs and only the master has a ceiling fan. We were uncomfortable and unable to sleep both nights. Only one bathroom had bath mats. Only the half bath had hand towel. The house is clean but had a weird cigarette smoke smell in kitchen. Some lights didnt work, for example the dining room. We were going to try to sleep downstairs night 2 until we killed a roach in the living room. Very limited pots and pans for the stove top.
