Summary: On-site, there are many and high additional costs, some of which are not understandable. 150 euros for kitchen utensils per week, for example... The food on-site is very expensive and of average quality. The staff is mostly not very helpful and complains about having too much work in front of the guests. The hotel does not have a beach! We spent an extended period on the island (both sides) - this hotel was by far the worst experience. The cockroach in the bathroom was still "manageable" but unexpected in a relatively expensive hotel. Room cleaning only on request.
