Positive: ✅ Pros * Beautiful balcony view overlooking the surroundings. * The apartment is generally clean. * Florance, the manager, is the biggest asset of this place. She is kind, professional, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the guests. She made our stay much more comfortable despite the other issues.
Negative: ❌ Cons * Not a real hostel atmosphere—it’s simply an apartment in a residential building. * The owner changed the agreed room price after our arrival. When I politely questioned it, I was spoken to disrespectfully in front of other guests. * Poor management. We experienced repeated Wi-Fi, water, and electricity outages, and we were informed these were due to unpaid bills. * Basic facilities were lacking. There wasn’t even an electric stove when we arrived, despite repeated requests. * Very little privacy. The owner and his friend, who live next door, were frequently involved in guests’ matters. * Loud music late at night and cigarette smoke regularly entered the apartment, making it difficult to rest, especially for non-smokers. * Overall, the owner’s attitude felt arrogant and unprofessional, which significantly affected our experience. Final Verdict This place has potential because of its location, cleanliness, and Florance’s excellent hospitality. However, the poor management, lack of privacy, unreliable utilities, and unprofessional behavior overshadow the positives. I sincerely hope the management improves its professionalism and treats future guests with the respect they deserve. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.
