Welcome to a beautiful top-floor penthouse condo at the Sea Breeze Resort, the only resort complex located directly on Biloxi Beach. All other Biloxi resorts are across the busy highway 90, this one is right on the beach! Located 2.4 miles from the Biloxi Lighthouse and beach center, this condo is on a less crowded beachfront area. Take the elevator from your top floor condo down to ground level and step out onto miles of sugar sand beaches to stroll and collect shells. This condo has a ceiling to floor glass windows on the west side to fully appreciate the incredible Gulf sunsets. There's also a private balcony for personal sunning, or to sit and share a glass of wine and watch breathtaking sunsets. Explore the Biloxi area - great restaurants with amazing Cajun and seafood cuisine, casinos with fantastic shows, golfing, fishing, boating, museums, art, and warm southern hospitality. The new Biloxi Board-walk passes right by this resort's back door; stroll the boardwalk with your red-solo-cup to many high quality restaurants and casinos.
Our 1427 sq ft, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is beautifully furnished, with an open floor plan. it is the largest 2 bedroom floor plan at Sea Breeze. Both bedrooms have a private bath and the master suite bathroom has a separate shower and whirlpool tub. The master bedroom and living room have floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances (full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher) everything you need to gourmet cook. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar. There is a 42" Smart TV in the living room for movie watching, TVs in each of the bedrooms, cable, and free WIFI access. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. We have 2 reserved parking spaces, one covered, one fenced. The resort has 2 saltwater pools, complete gym with sauna, and a large common gathering room on the second floor of the complex. We take great pride in making sure our unit is sparkling clean and very comfortable, the linens are high quality and there are starter supplies of most everything you might need.

SPECIAL NOTES: Guests must read and acknowledge and agree to our Rental Agreement and provide a state issued photo ID matching the name on the credit card used for payment within 24 hours of making the reservation. Guests who do not provide this may have their reservations cancelled.

We rent to adults 25 years of age or over who will be occupying the premises. Although not suitable for young children, older children (age15 -18) are welcome when escorted by an adult.
