It has one bedroom with queen size bed, a very large walk-in closet, living room with a comfy queen size sleeper sofa, kitchen with breakfast nook overlooking golf course, patio with gas grill, chairs, bistro set (watch the golfers go by during the day and wildlife at night). The condo is on the ground floor and nobody is above.
We provide a non-smoking environment. Absolutely NO smoking/vaping allowed inside the unit. Please use outdoor areas for smoking only.
Small dogs (under 20lbs) are welcome with an additional $200 fee. If not charged at time of booking, an additional fee charge request will be sent. Please also note; pets should not be left unattended. We ask that our guests let us know at time of booking if there is a pet staying with them.
