Relax in style in our well appointed single level home with 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms. You will be greeted by a cozy, quaint private courtyard where you can relax with your morning cup of tea or coffee. The primary suite is separate from the other 3 bedrooms for relaxing privacy. There is no carpet in the house…only fresh, new LVP flooring throughout! Walking paths & parks in a quiet neighborhood await. The rear yard backs up to large grassy fields (no houses looking in). Close to everything! 12 min. to State Farm Football stadium (Arizona Cardinals), 10-12 min to several Spring Training baseball parks, Golfing, NBA Basketball, Luke AFB, Nascar, Westgate Center, Theater (5 min), Restaurants (5 min), Shopping galore, and much more!

NOTE: Overnight parking for 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking allowed. The garage is not accessible and used for owners storage. There will also be a few closets that are locked out for supplies and personal belongings.
NOTE: Security Cameras: 3 exterior cameras (facing out) - 2 in the back yard and 1 in the front. 1 doorbell camera at the front door. The pool is in view of the backyard camera. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion.
Safety: The swimming pool is not fenced. Use at your own risk. No diving!
