Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Everything in the room was in excellent condition. Had enough toiletries in the bathroom including shampoo, conditioner y body wash. The kitchenette was fully stacked with all utensils being very clean as the kitchenette area. Heated indoor pool, included breakfast, 24-hour mini-market, laundry facilities on site make this an excellent location. A++ all the way. Also, upon check in I was greeted warmly and respectfully by the front desk attendant that was very receptive and helpful about my personal needs. He made the check in process seamless, quick and informative.

Negative: Everything was great but if I had to change anything, it would most likely be new refrigerators with more modern ice-makers. This could be a needed upgrade for someone that likes ice with their drinks like myself.

Summary: Clean, comfortable, superb customer service.
