The cottage extends off the main house, and is self-contained, with its own parking space. It faces the front of the property, while the main house is oriented towards the back, so there's plenty of privacy. There is a spacious lawn around the house, surrounded by woodlands. Guests have exclusive use of a yard with hammock and Adirondack chairs with a small fire pit. You can walk or bike right out the drive onto a lovely, scenic country road. Beautiful Lake Taghkanic State Park is a 12 minute drive. Great for swimming , picnics and naturewalk .I have a pair of inflatable paddle boards available for your use, with a pump that runs off a car battery. Also a pickleball set you can use on the tennis court across the street . I have a folding mattress that can accommodate a child. Pet policy : no cats. Dogs on approval with an additional fee of $50 per visit.
