This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with 1 car garage features tiled floors, granite counters in the kitchen and both bathrooms and elegant and modern coastal décor.
There are two smart televisions with cable - a 65" in the living room and a 55" in the master bedroom. A screened-in lanai is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, offering privacy, a lovely view of pines and palm trees and excellent bird watching opportunities!
Village des Pins is set on two lovely ponds and features a very large swimming pool, spacious hot tub, two tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard, putting green, outdoor grills, and much more! Multiple golf courses are nearby and Walt Disney World is less than a two-hour drive.
