YaaX Villa is extremely private, yet extremely convenient. Located in XpuHa one of the best beaches of the whole Riviera Maya.
The house has 4 Bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, and one TV living room with sofa bed. It can host comfortable a total of 14 people (6-8 Adults and 6-8 kids). Master room has a balcony with hot tub and hammock, and other 2 rooms on the upper floor has balcony with hammocks as well. First floor room has a private Jacuzzi. There is a breathtaking jungle view from everywhere in the house. The patio is prepared with a 150” projector screen. Patio has a small pool, bar and fire pit lounge. House is 50 yards away from club house, equipped with full gym and semi olimpic length pool.
The house is 3/4 miles away from the beach with free Beach club access included. The house is 1hr away from Cancun Airport, 20 min from Playa del Carmen, 5 min from Puerto Aventuras and Akumal, and 25 min to Tulum.
YaaX Villa is located in the new luxury development: Xpuha Beach. YaaX means 'the first one' in Mayan, because we where the first house in the development, so the house is extremely private and quite. There is gated access and security 24/7. Having a rental car is extremely important, since there are no taxi service nearby. We offer an suv (3 row suv for 7 people) as an optional rental.

The beach club is 5 minutes away by car. If you need a reservation, please send us the name of the person in charge, the number of guests, and the dates of the visit.
